ServiceNow Consultant
- Location: Remote / Pune, India
- Experience: 3-5 Years
- Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and extend ServiceNow modules to streamline IT operations and automate workflows for clients.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to create a unified IT landscape.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective technology solutions.
- Lead the implementation of solutions across various ServiceNow focus areas, including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring the successful adoption and impact of the platform.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience implementing and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep knowledge of core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or SecOps.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and experience with REST APIs.
- Excellent business analysis and communication skills to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Data Engineer
- Location: Remote / Hybrid – India
- Experience: 2-4 Years
- Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage scalable data lakes and modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse).
- Develop and automate robust and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory or Informatica.
- Implement real-time data integration solutions using streaming platforms like Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide the data infrastructure needed for advanced analytics.
- Perform data profiling and cleansing to ensure data reliability and consistency across systems.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehousing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
